Sparky's Apiaries is a family owned and operated honey and maple business located in the idyllic rural community of Hope, Maine.
David "Sparky" Smith started Sparky's Apiaries in 1980 with just one beehive. His passion for bees and beekeeping grew and over the years more hives were added. To date David (or Sparky) manages 250 hives. David is commited to overseeing all aspects of beekeeping and honey production.
